First time in a lobby or game? BagTrax now walks you through it. A friendly step-by-step tour points out the controls you need, so nobody has to guess where to tap. Tap the ? button anytime to run the tour again.
Mobile App Groundwork
BagTrax now has Capacitor shells for iPhone and Android. The app package loads the same BagTrax account and adds native push registration, mobile auth callbacks, app icons, and store-build plumbing. Public store release is still tracked separately.
Scan to Join a Tournament
Running a tournament at your local spot? Put the new QR code up on a TV or print it out — players scan it with their phone and they're in. No more reading join codes out loud.
Live Updates, Everywhere
Leaderboards, leagues, tournament check-ins, and player lists now update instantly — no more pulling-to-refresh or wondering if you have the latest version. If something changes, you see it right away.
Finish Games on Your Terms
Games no longer end automatically the moment a team hits 21. Instead, you get a Complete Game button so you can confirm the result — and an Undo Round button if someone tapped the wrong score. No more accidental finishes when the real winner was still warming up.
Player Stats & Tournament History
Tournament pages now show a stats table so you can see how each player performed. Head to any player's profile and you'll find their full tournament history — every event they've played and how they did.
Rounders (formerly Round Robin)
Our round-robin format has a new name: Rounders. We also shuffle the seed order before rotations start, so matchups feel fair instead of predictable. You'll see the new name throughout the app.
Colorful League Tags
Leagues can now pick a custom icon and color. Set it when you create a league or change it later in settings — your tag shows up everywhere your league appears so it's easy to spot at a glance.
Cleaner Tournament Management
We split the tournament management screen into two focused pages: Players (add, remove, seed) and Settings (location, organizers, danger zone). Fewer things crammed together, easier to find what you want.

BagTrax can now send email and push notifications when:
- You're added as a co-organizer to a tournament
- You're invited to a league
- Your next tournament game is about to start
Fixes & Polish
We've cleaned up a lot of little things too:
- The team that throws first now sticks correctly even across scoreless rounds
- No more phantom empty round after a game ends
- The lobby no longer flickers or jumps around when you change settings
- Mobile screens no longer scroll sideways on the dashboard and leaderboard
- Live updates now reconnect properly when you switch back to BagTrax from another app
- Follow-up tournaments correctly remember if the original was ranked
- Your custom username is no longer overwritten when you log in
- Private tournaments now show up in the list for people who are invited
- Brackets now display team seed numbers
- Round Robin and Swaps standings now include PPR (points per round)
- You can now un-select an advanced score by tapping the selected button again
- Draft and cancelled tournaments no longer clutter your history
- New BagTrax logo icons on Android replacing the old placeholders
