By using BagTrax, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The Service
BagTrax is a cornhole scoring and tournament management app. We provide it "as is" and make no guarantees about uptime or availability.
Your Account
- You're responsible for keeping your account secure.
- Don't share your account credentials.
- You must be 13 or older to use BagTrax.
Acceptable Use
Don't use BagTrax to:
- Harass, abuse, or harm others.
- Submit offensive or inappropriate content (team names, player names, etc.).
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the service.
- Scrape data or overload our servers.
Pro Subscription
- Pro is a paid subscription billed through Stripe.
- You can cancel anytime — access continues until the billing period ends.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Content
You own your game data and content. We won't use it for marketing without permission. We may use aggregate, anonymized data to improve the product.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time.
Liability
BagTrax is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
