Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

Acceptance

By using BagTrax, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The Service

BagTrax is a cornhole scoring and tournament management app. We provide it "as is" and make no guarantees about uptime or availability.

Bag Market is an adult-only classifieds feature. It helps adults publish and find listings for cornhole bags and contact a seller. BagTrax is not a buyer, seller, merchant of record, payment processor, escrow service, shipping provider, or guarantor of any Bag Market transaction.

Your Account

  • You're responsible for keeping your account secure.
  • Don't share your account credentials.
  • You must be 13 or older to use BagTrax. You must be 18 or older to publish or contact someone through Bag Market.

Bag Market Listings

Bag Market is a classifieds handoff, not a managed marketplace. Communication, payment, fulfillment, shipping, refunds, and disputes happen off-platform between the people involved. We don't verify a bag, a seller, a buyer, a price, or a promised delivery.

Listings must be accurate and lawful. Don't publish fraudulent, misleading, counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or infringing listings, and don't upload text or photos that you don't have the right to use. We may remove listings, limit contact, suspend or terminate accounts, or restrict Bag Market access when we believe these terms or another person's safety or rights are at risk.

If you meet someone, use a public place, tell someone where you are going, inspect the bags before paying, and use a payment method you trust. Never share more personal information than necessary. Treat shipping, payment links, advance deposits, and requests to move a conversation off-platform with care.

Acceptable Use

Don't use BagTrax to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Submit offensive or inappropriate content (team names, player names, etc.).
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the service.
  • Scrape data or overload our servers.

Pro Subscription

  • Pro is a paid subscription billed through Stripe.
  • You can cancel anytime — access continues until the billing period ends.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Content

You own your game data and content. We won't use it for marketing without permission. We may use aggregate, anonymized data to improve the product.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time.

Liability

BagTrax is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
