Home Screen Widget Prep (iPhone)
The widget pipeline is in place: BagTrax can generate your rank, ELO, W-L record, and 7-day trend for an iPhone home screen widget. The native WidgetKit target still needs final Xcode/App Store wiring before we call this released.
Decline Invites
Got an invite you don't want? There's now a Decline button next to every game and tournament invite on your dashboard. No notification sent to the inviter — the invite just disappears.
Smarter Tournaments Page
We rebuilt the tournaments browse page around the question that actually matters: what can I play, and when?
- Every tournament now has a scheduled start time.
- Tournaments are grouped by Today, This Week, Later, and Past — no more flat grid sorted by when they were created.
- New Near Me filter finds tournaments close to you (with your permission).
- Filter bar on top: search, format, status, and distance all in one place.
- Editable schedule on the tournament settings page.
League Games
Mark a game as part of a specific league — right from the lobby. A new League Game toggle appears whenever everyone in the lobby is in the same league (no guests). Tagged games get counted on that league's stats; friendly pickup games don't.
Each league page has a new League Games Only / All Games toggle so owners can see what counts for the league vs. everything their members have played. Change the roster mid-lobby? The tag updates automatically.

What BagTrax Covers Now
BagTrax now covers the full cornhole night:
- Live scoring for singles or doubles pickup games
- Ranked and friendly modes, ELO ratings, player profiles, and CSV export
- Game invites, dashboard invites, decline buttons, and disputes
- Public and private leagues with tags, join codes, league-game stats, and public browse
- Organizer-managed doubles tournaments: Single Elimination, Double Elimination, Rounders, and Swaps
- Tournament invites, check-in QR codes, courts, auto-assign, live dashboards, player stats, and follow-up events
- Web push, native push registration, email notifications, and per-channel notification preferences

Notification Preferences, Your Way
Settings now has per-channel controls for every notification type. Want tournament invites by email but score updates only as push? You can finally do that. Email is quieter by default — you'll still get the important stuff, but less of the noise.
Haptic Feedback (iPhone)
Your phone now buzzes when you score a bag, check in, or win a game. Small detail, big upgrade — the app feels like an app instead of a webpage.
Native Share (iPhone)
Share your final score card with the real iOS share sheet — AirDrop, Messages, Instagram, wherever. No more awkward screenshots.
Landing Page Glow-Up
- New phone mockup with a demo video on the homepage, so people get what BagTrax does in 5 seconds.
- Brand-matching link previews when you share a BagTrax link in Messages, Slack, or Discord.
- New /contact page for support questions.
Fixes & Polish
- Push notifications now show the right title and message (some were arriving blank).
- iPad now uses the full screen on the launch screen instead of letterboxing.
- Mobile leaderboard layout fixed for players in public leagues.
- The pending game invite on your dashboard now shows the right icon.
- Follow-up tournaments inherit the schedule from their source.
- Lobby cleanup runs at 2 AM ET and leaves tournament and disputed games alone.
