How it keeps score

Score on serve. Lost rallies move service to your partner or the other team. The scorer handles the opening 0–0–2 exception.

Rules, scoring & stats
Pickleball scoring
In side-out pickleball, only the serving side scores. Call team scores and the server number in doubles. Win by two.
Pickleball rules
Serve diagonally and let the first two shots bounce. You can enter the kitchen to play a bounced ball, but cannot volley from it.
Pickleball stats
Calculate rally-win and service-win percentages. In doubles, both players receive the team’s rally results.
